◎

Who is it for?

Describe the intended customer, relevant category, and requirements. Make limitations and exclusions clear.

▦

What are the terms?

A FEW USEFUL DETAILS

Before you
get started.

Do I need a separate Tubai merchant account?+

No. Sec. for Business is the management portal. Tubai uses the same public business listings, so you don’t need to create or maintain a second catalogue.

What can I list?+

The catalogue supports physical goods, services, events, digital goods, and monthly or yearly subscriptions. Choose the product and delivery types that match your actual offering in the listing editor.

Does publishing mean I can accept payments?+

A public listing and payment readiness are separate. Opening sales requires the legal business application and approval. Check your current payment status and requirements in Sec. for Business before offering checkout.

Which listings are discoverable?+

Published public listings from current Business accounts are eligible. Draft, private, unlisted, and withdrawn listings are excluded. Delivery and purchase eligibility are checked again at checkout.

Where do I manage orders and updates?+

Use Business → Listings to edit or unpublish your offerings. Use Business → Orders for seller orders and fulfillment. The business account page shows your current account and payment readiness.
